3/9/2023 EnchantaVaughn Approved AM During morning observations, the client explained “he keep saying stuff” in reference to verbal altercation. The client explained “I told his to move back and he didn’t” during midday observations. During reviewed of anger management techniques, the client appeared engaged as evidenced by participation and modelling. During afternoon observations, the client reported “I’m on track”. The client appeared to be in a content mood as evidenced by greeting QMHP-C with moderate emotions. During morning observations, QMHP-C observed the client demonstrating focus and on task behaviors as evidenced by class participation and following rules and expectation set for the school setting during instructional time. PM During observations provided before lunch, QMHP-C observed the client demonstrated the ability to manage emotions as evidenced by providing positive eye contact and undivided attention to him teacher during instructional time. Client remained soft spoken as he interacted with QMHP and mental health professionals. Client participated in rapport building activity with QMHP. Client stated he was glad to be in camp. Client was able to interact with peers in an age-appropriate manner as evidenced by the client assisting those bullied. Client was observed displaying positive social interactions with his peers and staff. (EOD) Client played appropriately with peers as evidenced by 0 complaints of negative behaviors made by peers or mental health professionals. Client maintained appropriate behaviors. Client displayed body language associated with joy and happiness around his peers. Instructor reported client was respectful and nice and didn't have to redirect client for anything. Client was receptive. Interventions were viewed as successful.
